The membership does not renew automatically. Before your access period ends, you will receive an invitation to renew based on the briefings, resources, reports, webinars, and support available for the next membership year.

You may return to any available briefing whenever you need to review a concept or resource.

Most narrated briefings are approximately 15 to 18 minutes.

Your portal dashboard may display your progress through the eight-part series, including the number of briefings you have completed and the next briefing in your sequence.

This allows you to leave the series and return without losing your place.

You may also revisit completed briefings and resources throughout your one-year membership.

You do not have to present yourself as an expert in the Quantum Lens framework. The guides are designed to help you open the conversation and help others begin to see what may be entering the organization.

The focus is leadership readiness, organizational coherence, and the ability to navigate a complex environment responsibly.

Sector Reports examine how broader social, political, cultural, and institutional forces may affect particular industries, sectors, or organizational environments.

They are designed to help leaders translate general developments into more specific implications for people, operations, leadership decisions, stakeholder relationships, reputation, and continuity.

Field Notes, Field Reports, Sector Reports, and other resources will be added periodically as meaningful developments occur.

The goal is not to react to every headline or overwhelm members with a constant stream of information.

New materials will focus on developments that may materially change the field, introduce a new leadership consideration, or require additional organizational preparation.

Members may be notified by email when significant new resources are available.

When recordings are made available, they will be posted inside the subscriber portal for on-demand viewing.

They can be applied whenever external social, political, technological, cultural, or institutional forces begin affecting employees, operations, leadership decisions, stakeholder relationships, organizational trust, or reputation.

After the meeting is confirmed, you will receive the web-conferencing details by email.

Because members receive immediate access to proprietary digital content and downloadable resources, purchases are generally nonrefundable.

We understand, however, that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests submitted within seven days of purchase will be considered individually.
