How to Use the Series

1

Start with the audio

Each briefing is 15–18 minutes and complete in itself. No preparation required. Listen in sequence or begin with the briefing most relevant to the pressure your organization is facing.

2

Use the conversation guides

Each briefing includes a guide to help you turn the ideas into a real leadership conversation. Use them with your executive team, direct reports, peers, or a cross-functional group.

3

Use the companion slides as support

Review them while you listen, if convenient, or return to them later. Share selected slides with colleagues or adapt them for team discussion. They are there to reinforce the briefing, not create extra work.

4

Apply the implementation tools

Use the Playbook, calendar, board template, and related tools when you are ready to operationalize the work. Take what fits. Adapt what almost fits. Leave what does not.

5

Bring the right people into the room

You do not need everyone at once. Start with the roles most relevant to your exposure, your industry, and your current pressure points. The guides are designed to work at multiple levels. Use them with direct reports, peers, or a cross-functional group. If the work needs to move up a level, use the guides to open that conversation with senior leaders.

6

Return to the series as conditions evolve

The 2026 election cycle will shift. Revisit the briefings, refine your approach, and adjust your readiness as pressure builds.

— A Note on What This Series Is

This series is a meta-level analysis of the field — the forces, conditions, and pressures that are already shaping the environment your organization is operating inside. It is designed to help you read that environment clearly and prepare before pressure arrives.

This is not a partisan political conversation. It does not address political parties, candidates, or their positions. It does not tell you where to stand. It gives you the analytical framework to see the field your organization is already in — and to lead through it with coherence, regardless of how the cycle unfolds.

The field doesn’t wait.

Neither should you.
